Serves: 4 packs
Time: 15 minutes prep, plus freezing

- 3–4 cups milk or an unsweetened milk alternative, added when blending
Instructions
- Rinse strawberries, blueberries, and spinach under running water. Drain and dry thoroughly.

- Vacuum seal with a gentle setting if available, following your machine instructions. Keep the sealing area clear of food and moisture.
- Label and return immediately to the freezer.
- To serve, open one pack and add its contents to a blender. Add ¾–1 cup milk or your preferred liquid. Blend until smooth, adding more liquid as needed.
