I like the black portion added to the bag to keep light out. It comes in a huge size. You can seal big items or cut the bag and make several bags out of one. they are thick and durable. They seal perfectly in my sealer. Just as a reminder you need a sealer with a bar about 11 inches or longer.

I find these a great value for the money. I use them for storing my beef jerky and beef sticks for longer term storage. I haven't found one yet that failed to hold a vacuum. The thickness is more than plenty and can actually be used over if you choose to wash them out. A good value.
