Stash Proof Limited Warranty

Stash Proof provides limited manufacturing defect protection for select products under the terms outlined below.

Coverage Period

Smell-proof backpacks, storage cases, crossbody bags, and stitched storage products are covered for ninety (90) days from the original date of delivery against verified manufacturing defects.

Vacuum seal bags, vacuum seal rolls, and consumable packaging products are not covered under this Limited Warranty.

This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and requires proof of purchase.

What Is Covered

This Limited Warranty covers verified manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that occur under normal, intended use during the 90-day coverage period.

All claims are subject to inspection and approval by Stash Proof.

What Is Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Zipper wear due to regular use.
  • Damage caused by overloading the bag.
  • Damage caused by improper use, misuse, or abuse.
  • Damage caused by moisture, excessive heat, or environmental exposure.
  • Lock misconfiguration or forgotten combinations.
  • Subjective odor retention claims.
  • Cosmetic damage.
  • Damage caused by third-party alterations.
  • Products used for unintended purposes.

Stash Proof reserves the right to determine whether a claim qualifies as a manufacturing defect.

Claim Process

To initiate a claim, email support@stashproof.com with:

  •  Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos and/or video clearly showing the defect

If a defect is verified, Stash Proof may repair, replace, refurbish, or issue store credit at its sole discretion. Replacement products may be new or refurbished.

Shipping for Warranty Claims

The customer is responsible for shipping the product to Stash Proof for inspection unless otherwise approved.

If a replacement is approved, Stash Proof may cover standard outbound shipping within the contiguous United States at its sole discretion. Any outbound shipping coverage applies to standard shipping only.

International customers are responsible for all shipping costs, duties, and customs fees.

Expedited shipping services are not covered under this Limited Warranty.

Additional Terms

Repair, replacement, or refurbishment does not extend or restart the original 90-day coverage period.

This Limited Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to retail purchases.

Wholesale purchases are governed by separate wholesale agreements and are not eligible under this retail Limited Warranty.
