Stash Proof Returns & Refund Policy
At Stash Proof, we stand behind the quality of our products. If something is not right, we are here to help within the terms outlined below.
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible retail purchases.
- Item must be completely unused.
- Item must be unopened and in original packaging.
- All components, accessories, and inserts must be included.
- Product must show no signs of installation, wear, or modification.
Any item that has been filled, sealed, carried, or exposed to contents is considered used.
Stash Proof reserves the right to limit or deny returns in cases of excessive return activity or suspected misuse.
Items that do not meet these conditions may be denied.
Vacuum Seal Bags & Bulk Products
- Opened packs are not eligible for return.
- Partial pack returns are not accepted.
- Any opened, altered, or used vacuum bags are non-returnable.
This policy ensures product integrity and quality control for all customers.
Smell-Proof Bags & Storage Products
Returns are accepted only if the product is completely unused.
Subjective performance concerns, including odor-related claims based on personal use conditions, do not automatically qualify as manufacturing defects.
Products used in unintended conditions, exposed to excessive heat or moisture, or used with improperly sealed contents are not considered defective.
Free U.S. Returns (Retail Only)
- A prepaid return label will be provided for approved returns within the contiguous United States.
- Return labels are issued only for unused items that meet the eligibility conditions above.
International return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed defective.
Shipping Charges
Original outbound shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.
Refunds apply to the product price only unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed manufacturing defect.
Expedited or priority shipping service fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 5 days of delivery and provide photos of the packaging and product.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Stash Proof may repair, replace, or issue a refund at its sole discretion.
Wholesale Orders
Wholesale and bulk purchases are governed by separate wholesale agreements.
Wholesale orders are not eligible for standard retail returns.
Wholesale customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including freight or LTL charges.
Due to the nature of bulk and freight shipments, returns are generally not accepted unless approved in writing.
No Restocking Fee
We do not charge restocking fees for eligible retail returns.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
