Stash Proof Shipping Policy

At Stash Proof, we are committed to processing and delivering your order accurately and reliably. Please review the information below regarding order processing, shipping methods, and delivery.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders placed after 3 PM PST will be processed the next business day.

Processing time refers to order preparation and does not include carrier transit time.

If an item becomes unavailable or delayed beyond the stated processing window, we will notify you and provide the option to cancel your order for a full refund.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We ship using USPS, UPS, DHL, or freight carriers depending on order size and destination.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, order weight, size, and selected shipping method.

Certain products, including bulk vacuum seal rolls and large storage items, may incur higher shipping costs due to weight or dimensional size.

Available shipping options, including standard and expedited services, are displayed at checkout along with estimated delivery timeframes.

Estimated delivery timeframes are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Carrier selection may vary to ensure reliable delivery.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier. Stash Proof is not responsible for carrier transit delays once the package has been handed off to the shipping provider.

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, we will initiate a carrier investigation before issuing a replacement or refund.

Delivery Issues

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please first contact the shipping carrier to verify delivery details. We will assist with carrier investigations but cannot guarantee replacement for packages confirmed as delivered.

Stash Proof is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Customers are encouraged to use secure delivery locations.

If your package arrives damaged, you must notify us within 5 days of delivery and provide photos of the packaging and product. Claims reported after this period may not be eligible for coverage.

For freight deliveries, customers are responsible for inspecting the shipment before signing. Once a freight shipment is signed for without noting damage, responsibility transfers to the recipient.

Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Shipments

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Stash Proof is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If a shipment is refused, returned due to incorrect address, or deemed undeliverable, outbound shipping charges and any carrier return fees will be deducted from any applicable refund.

If a shipment is rerouted or intercepted at the customer’s request, any additional carrier fees are the responsibility of the customer.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for all shipping charges, duties, taxes, customs fees, and import charges required by their country.

International return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or shipped in error.

Stash Proof is not responsible for customs delays, import restrictions, or additional clearance requirements.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible unused items in original packaging.

For eligible returns within the contiguous United States, a prepaid return label will be provided.

Return labels are provided only for unused, eligible items that meet the conditions outlined in our Refund Policy.

International return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Return eligibility and refund processing are governed by our Refund Policy.

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale and bulk orders may be subject to separate shipping terms and return conditions as outlined in the applicable wholesale agreement.
